Good Question! MHL provides these lights to you for the season. While they are on your home, they are our responsibility to maintain in order to keep your home shining for the season! Burnt out bulbs, unlit strings or timer issues will be corrected at no cost to you! (excluding rodent damage and/or vandalism) After the lights are taken down, they are stored at our facility until the following season!

Yes, any lights permanently installed to your home are yours to keep, but we will look after them as if they are our own for up to three years. 

Unfortunately we cannot install customer provided lights. 

Yes, Since  our traditional holiday lights are leased as a full-service lighting package, we are more than happy to  swap the bulb colors in the off season at no additional cost to you! Reach out to us at any time for ideas if you'd like to change things up for next season!

*Bulb color changes once installed on your home will incur a fee.
