Permanent track lighting is a RGBW lighting solution that is permanently installed on your home and can be used year around. Our beautiful color matched tracks are installed under your soffits and blend in with your homes exterior. The system is controlled with your smartphone or tablet.

Our product comes with a 5 year warranty on hardware and craftsmanship. Our products use powder coated aluminum tracks that blend seamlessly into your home. We can run up to 300 feet with out additional power supplies or controllers. Many competitor products have a maximum range of 200 feet.
What features do you offer?
Our app can control the lights the way you want them! It offers a variety of easy pre-set colors for any holiday. Lights can be set to twinkle to the beat of the music or can be dimmed to accent your home or provide a greater sense of security at night.
What is the quoting and installation process?
First, we will discuss your ideas and must-haves for this project. We will take some rough measurements and provide an estimate. Once the estimate is approved and deposit is paid, we will verify the color of your custom tracks. Average order processing time is 2 weeks. The installation will take 1-2 days depending on complexity of your home or business. Once installed, we offer a quick training and demo of the app with the home or business owner.
Things to keep in mind
In order for any lighting system to work we need power. Starting power and signal on the left or right side of the home is ideal. Rarely will starting in the middle or porch of the home be the best option. Our lighting experts can explain in better detail during the quoting process. Having access to exterior outlet is a must and may require running an extension cord to place the power supply in the correct location for the lights.
Govee Pro installation service
What is it?
Govee pro is a great entry level product that we can professionally install. It is a RGBW LED product and can be custom fit to your home. It is app controlled and offers customer colors, Alexa integration and twinkling to music.
(We will not install Govee Elite or similar products, Only Govee pro) (Can provide lights if needed.)
Pros and cons
- The obvious pro to Govee is the cost. It is the lowest cost for this type of product.
- Cons:
- No company can warranty the product but Govee itself. Govee has a 1 year warranty on their product. We will work with Govee to replace or fix a faulty light or controller. After one year we can fix your lights, but for an additional cost.
- Govee does not sell accessories separately
- Govee does not sell tracks to hide wires
Mounting
Govee pro offers 3M adhesive only. Included in our price is 3d printed mounts and a all weather box to keep the controller and power supply safe from the elements.
Installation Process
Govee installs are very simple and are usually completed within a few hours. It's important to keep in mind cable management. Vinyl siding hides wires well, whereas wood siding offers little to nowhere to hide wires. We will always take care to make the lights symmetrical, route wires in a professional manner and communicate the install process to ensure there are no surprises.
